Our industrial grade pressure washing equipment has been chosen to provide optimum results. We use the required pressure for your tile type, we gently remove moss and stubborn dirt whilst avoiding any damage to your property. A small flat surface cleaner with a rotary head is used which has a skirt that directs and contains the water flow more expertly giving a more thorough clean and minimizing the mess created.
We then treat the roof using specially formulated chemicals to remove any organic growth remaining such as algae and lichen. First we apply the cleaning solution, we then use a soft brush to agitate the surface whilst being careful to avoid overspray to any unwanted places. It’s important the chemical has enough time to react with the organic matter, the area is then rinsed thoroughly and inspected for any imperfections.
Our measured approach ensures the work is completed without any harm to grass, plants, or bushes in the near vicinity. We finish by clearing out the gutters and washing down the house, also removing all dirt and rubbish created in the process.
